Supplier Operationalization

Moving beyond data collection and contractual commitments to actively co-investing in and implementing decarbonization projects within the supply chain. Operationalization is where Scope 3 emissions reductions actually occur — through joint capital deployment, shared infrastructure, substitution of high-carbon inputs, and redesign of supply chain processes.
